We recently introduced AskQ—our new AI‑-powered support assistant—on the Quest Support Portal. Customers tell us AskQ helps them resolve issues faster and with clearer, more actionable guidance.

Beginning on, or shortly after, March 16, 2026, AskQ will become the first step when opening a support case. This update is designed to help you:

AskQ’s recommendations come exclusively from Quest knowledge base articles and product documentation. It does not access your environment, your systems, or your data.
