Getting error when connecting to Source SPO and Target SPO tenants.Connnection Failed. Authentication Failure. AADSTS53003: Access has been blocked by Conditional Access policies. The access policy does not allow token insurance.

Cause
This eror occurs because the Conditional Access Policy has been enabled on Source SPO and Target SPO tenants. -
Resolution
- Disable the Conditional Access Policy on their Source SPO tenant and Target SPO tenants.
- Please note that after the Conditional Access Policy is disabled on Source SPO tenant and Target SPO tenants, it can take up to 24 hours for the Conditional Access policy to go into effect.
