Please follow any one of the workaround below:
Workaround 1:
- If you don't want to update from version 2.2.0-> close error message, go to help -> profile manager -> global variables -> Enable auto updates -> false , restart tool , issue will go
Workaround 2:
1. Close Essentials application
2. Uninstall tool using Uninstall.exe (C:\Program Files\Quest\Essentials)
3. Remove workspace folder
4. Reinstall latest version 2.4.1 (Please note you must extract the zip folder (extract all) once you download latest version 2.4.1)

It is important that we would need to remove including workspace folder as well that is located in C:\users\user\essentials folder
