User already has an robust AppAssure core server and wishes to install vRanger on it in addition to AppAssure, rather than deploying another server for vRanger.
We have heard of instances where this has been attempted and it does not end well. Several times, the server has required rebuilding. For this reason, we strongly recommend against this practice. AppAssure is very resource-intensive and other applications should not be installed on the same server.
Please deploy another server to host vRanger.
