Error in the Event Viewer related to IISEXPRESS logging location -

On the Toad Intelligence Central (TIC) server, the following error occurs in the Event Viewer:
"FailedRequestTracing module failed to create directory '\\?\C:Users\<username>\Documents\IISExpress\TraceLogFiles\Toad Intelligence Central\'. No logs will be generated until this condition is corrected. The problem happened at least 1 times in the last 5 minutes. The data is the error."
