When connecting to a RAC database with the option 'Use a separate session when Toad itself is generating Transaction. (ie.,Explain Plan)' check under VIEW | OPTIONS | Oracle | Transactions, the following error occurs:
"ORA-12560 TNS: Protocol Adapter Error" followed by access violation errors.
