How to display new entities only in the workspace where they are created and not in all the other opened workspaces?
Please disable the 'Auto Complete' option for the workspaces where you do not want to add the new objects' shortcuts of objects automatically:
Right-click the Work Space | Workspace Format | General tab | and clear the 'Auto Complete' checkbox.
