This metric shows how long a client application spends after making one call to a SOAP operation before making another. It provides an indication of how much time the client may spend processing and analyzing the results of a SOAP operation before it is ready to make another call.
This metric shows the total number of TCP-level timeouts that have occurred during the processing of a SOAP operation. A timeout can occur when a request for a SOAP operation is received and the server begins to transmit a response, but the response is never completed.

This metric tracks how often a SOAP transaction is aborted before completion. A SOAP transaction consists of one or more SOAP operations that must be called sequentially by the user and processed successfully by the server in order to complete the transaction.
