SQL Optimizer for DB2 z/OS 5.0. Unable to make connection. Selecting a DB2 Client to use in the SQL Optimizer Connections screen gives the error below.

The procedure entry point SQLCreateDbW@28 could not be located in the dynamic link library DB2APP.dll.
Per one case report, the error was resolved by fully un-installing the other Toad products such as Toad Data Analysts 2.7, Toad Data Point 3.2, Toad for DB2 4.5, Toad for DB2 5.4.
Only the current latest versions were left (Toad Data Point 3.5 and Toad for DB2 5.6), and that resolved the error with SQL Optimizer for DB2 ZOS 5.0.
