SQL Navigator 7.3 64-bit with TFS 2015 error: SCC provider initialization failed: SCC Error: The 32 bit version of Toad requires a Microsoft Team Foundation Server MSSCCI Provider 32 bit DLL. (4302061)

Using SQL Navigator 7.3 64-bit with TFS 2015. Both 64-bit MSSCCI Provider and 32-bit MSSCCI Provider are installed on the machine.

ERROR:

SCC provider initialization failed: SCC Error: The 32 bit version of Toad requires a Microsoft Team Foundation Server MSSCCI Provider 32 bit DLL. Check with Version Control Provider for availability.

Error appears in the Output message box right after connecting to the database.

WORKAROUND:

Use SQL Navigator 7.3 32-bit with TFS 2015 SCC Provider.

STATUS:

Issue fixed in version 7.4. The latest version of SQL Navigator for Oracle can be downloaded at:
