I have created a windows connection for a virtual machine (VM) but as Distributed Resource Scheduling (DRS) is enabled for VMWare which dynamically migrates VM's across hosts based on resource utilization, the 'Virtualization Overhead' generates an error as the link between the VM and host is not dynamically updated in Spotlight.
Is there a way for this to happen automatically or the link will always have to be updated manually?
The "VCenter Host Name" is what should be specified in the connection properties instead of "VMWare Host Name". As such, there is no need for "switching" of host names in a connection.
