Issues related to the Spotlight Cloud feature of Spotlight 13.1 or earlier releases.
The application issues may include the following:
1. Application error: "Spotlight Cloud Data Transfer Failed" "Error 403. The wep app is stopped"
2. Diagnostic Server has rebooted due to out of memory or disk capacity
3. The Spotlight Cloud website and the phone mobile app do not show monitoring data
