DUPLICATE.
When trying to connect to Spotlight the below occurs:
soo5049: The following error occured in <db name> during connection:
Not logged on
The connection will be disconnected
Check to see if your environment variables are set correctly. This is a possible cause for the connection error.
Also check to see if you can see your Oracle home. Try set it correctly if otherwise.
It is also possble that an Anti-virus software Panda is blocking the connection (if that is the anti-virus being used).
