Unable to enter authorization key. The OK button is disabled or grayed out.
WORKAROUND 1
Ensure that you are entering a valid authorization key and site message and that there are no space characters before and after the text.
WORKAROUND 2
Starting Space Manager with LiveReorg version 7.6, a new Quest license key format is required which is in an alpha-numeric form. If you are given this type of key and you are still using a pre 7.6 version then you require the old type of license (all numeric). Please contact the Quest License Department by filling up the form here - https://support.quest.com/LicenseKey.aspx or email license@quest.com.
WORKAROUND 3
1. Close Space Manager
2. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\
3. Backup the ProductLicenses.xml file or rename it to something else (e.g. ProductLicenses.xml.bak). The same file may be found under the following directory as well:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software
But check whether that file contains the Space Manager key first. If yes, then do the next steps on this directory as well.
4. Delete the ProductLicenses.xml file
5. Launch Space Manager and enter the license key.
