All jobs that require mounting a ReFS volume from a Windows 2012, 2012 R2 and 2016 protected machine fail with the following error:
TevoMountReplay failed with error -2147024846 (0x80070032 - The request is not supported) (0x80131500)
Windows 2019 introduced a new ReFS version and new ReFS libraries that Rapid Recovery relies on to mount recovery points.
These libraries and ReFS version require a full rewrite of our drivers in order to support protection and recovery of ReFS volumes on WIndows 2019.
Due to this issue mounting any ReFS volume in Windows 2019 cores or Windows 2019 servers with LMU installed has been disabled. Therefore all jobs that require mounting ReFS volumes will not run on Windows 2019 cores.
This has been identified as product defect RR-108441
The defect RR-108441, will be evaluated by our Product team for inclusion in a future release.
A list of “Resolved Issues” is published in the product Release Notes accompanying new releases that can be referenced to identify if a fix for this defect has been implemented. Product Release Notes are available in the “release notes and guides” area of our Support Portal at https://support.quest.com
This defect will be addressed in a future release.
