Issue
After an upgrade to newer Archive Shuttle, the following may be logged in the Core log file:[2014-01-27 17:38:45Z] [ 3064] [ 24] [ERROR] [ GetEVExportItemsForMappings] Error on GetEVImport() System.Collections.Generic.List`1[ArchiveShuttle.Common.Resources.ModuleCommand] GetEVExportItemsForMappings(System.Collections.Generic.List`1[System.Tuple`2[ArchiveShuttle.Core.Library.ContainerMapping,System.Int32]], Int32 ByRef)

If the above is logged, exporting of data will also stop.
Solution
The Enterprise Vault version information is captured by the Export module in order to make logic choices relating to Export but the information has not yet been obtained and stored in the database.
To correct the issue, go to the EV Environment page in the Archive Shuttle Admin Interface, and click on “Sync all EV Environments”. A few minutes later when the command is executed, the error will no longer be logged and data export will start.
