Forwarding not removed properly from an Office 365 target, but the Audit Log shows the process as successful. (4345832)

Under certain circumstances, when Office 365 PowerShell throttling is encountered, On Demand Migration for Email (ODME) may not remove forwarding from the Office 365 target mailbox. In this particular scenario, ODME will log the following Office 365 PowerShell throttling feedback in the ODME Audit Log:
