Make sure that you run the command line interface window as an Administrator and then use the following commands instead of using "nvscheddbcheck.exe":
1] Make sure that there are no Backup and Restore jobs running and stop the NetVault Services (NetVault Configurator - Services tab).
2] Open up a Command Line window and navigate to the …\Program Files\BakBone Software\NetVault\util directory.
3] Type in “nvscheddbcheck check”.
4] Type in “nvscheddbcheck compact”. Perform this twice.
5] Type in “nvscheddbcheck check”.
Since we were performing these commands to sort out the Schedule Database, we also performed the following steps to sort out any Media Manager issues:
6] Type in “nvmeddbcheck check”.
7] Type in “nvmeddbcheck force”. Perform this twice.
8] Type in “nvmeddbcheck check”.
9] Start the NetVault Services again.
All the above commands worked successfully without any error messages.
