nvsetcreate CLI command is replacing single quote character (') with blank space (4044912)

For string arguments entered in a command prompt, NetVault nvsetcreate CLI utility is not interpreting the single quote character (') correctly, and it changes the single quote character (') to a blank space. This is specially problematic when creating backup or restore selection sets that include filenames that uses the character as apostrophe.
