If the archive server is unable to connect to Exchange to validate credentials for the SuperUser are valid it may not be able to save the credentials and complete the Address Book Manager during an upgrade for Metalogix Archive Manager. To resolve this please perform the following:
Verify you can connect to the Exchange server using remote Powershell and using the SuperUser's credentials:
1. Open Powershell on the archive server logged in as the SuperUser account
Use the following commands to test the connection. When prompted enter the credentials for the SuperUser. For the second command replace EXCHANGESERVER with the name of an Exchange server in the environment.

$Session = New-PSSession -ConfigurationName Microsoft.Exchange -ConnectionUri http://EXCHANGESERVER/PowerShell/ -Authentication Kerberos -Credential $UserCredential
