Migration of Metalogix Archive Manager for Exchange Software
Migrations of Metalogix Archive Manager for Exchange must be performed by the Professional Services Team at Quest and should never be attempted by customers. Attempting to perform a migration of the software without Professional Services could lead to serious problems with the Metalogix Archive Manager databases. Migrations are not covered by support contracts and must be performed by qualified staff.
Migrations of the software are a complicated procedure that requires modifying data tables in the SQL databases. As this process varies greatly by environment there is no standard procedure or documentation that we can provide about the process.
