Deployment Manager shows the error below:
"Could not enable repository services for repository "REPOSITORY NAME". Reason: ADC Error: Unknown index version.
PART 1 - DETERMINE THE REPOSITORY FOLDER LOCATION
From the Quest InTrust Manager:
1. Expand the Configuration section in the MMC console
2. Expand "Data Stores" and then "Repositories"
3. In the right-hand pane, "Right-click" the repository required (in this example we are using the default InTrust Audit Repository)
4. Make a note of the UNC path to the repository folder.
5. Confirm the physical location corresponding to the UNC path using the PowerShell command below (again, this is using localhost for the Server and "InTrustRepository" as the share name)
get-WmiObject -class Win32_Share -computer localhost

PART 2 - REINITIALIZE THE HOT INDEX
6. Stop Intrust services (InTrust Server, Agent, and Real-time Monitoring)
7. Navigate to the "<RepositoryName>\Hot$" folder identified in step 5 above and rename the IndexingRoot$ folder.
8. Restart the Intrust Server service, and the agent and Real-Time Monitoring services.
9. Attempt to open repository within Repository viewer
If no errors - skip to step 14
PART 3 - REINITIALIZE THE REPOSITORY MAIN INDEX
10. Stop Intrust services (InTrust Server, Agent, and Real-time Monitoring)
11. Navigate to the "<RepositoryName>" folder identified in step 5 above and rename the IndexingRoot$ folder.
12. Restart the Intrust Server service, and the agent and Real-Time Monitoring services.
13. Attempt to open repository within Repository viewer
NOTE: It may take some time before the repository will open within Repository Viewer so to confirm that the index is rebuilding correctly, open the Windows Event Viewer and look for Event 13843 in the InTrust event log to confirm that the data merging process has commenced.
If no errors - continue to step 14
14. Rerun the failed jobs/collections.
