If a collection is disabled (or enabled), followed by a restart of the console and then a further enable (or disable) of that collection or if a collection is renamed after restarting the console, consequently skip filters configured for that collection may be cleared and require re-entering.
Causa

Defect PT126965247 has been assigned for the prescribed condition.
Resolución

WORKAROUND
Apply 8.12 hotfix 20160804EX (or later)
STATUS
This is a confirmed defect fixed in public update 20160804EX (and inclusive in subsequent updates). For 8.12+ version customers the details of the public update are available at https://support.quest.com/migration-manager-for-exchange/kb/212197
