Why are Temp files are created in %SYSTEMROOT%\TEMP when Archive Exchange Store Manager service is running?
These temp files are not automatically cleared when the service is restarted.
Anti Virus Application is real-time scanning the Archive Manager folders.
Exclude all Archive Manager folders from real-time scanning.
Example: \Quest Software\ArchiveManager\*
