Web Page of the KACE SMA UI not displaying correctly. (4299332)

The Web UI may display pages with incomplete data or the page cannot be displayed.

Typical error –         

There was an error retrieving the data for this page.
“Please refresh the page. If the error persists, try resetting the default page layout”

There are many causes for this error. Common ones are Antivirus and Web Accelerators.

1. Try to access the page from a different system in a different location.
2. Add the KACE SMA to the AV exceptions.
3. Try accessing the KACE SMA from a system that is local (same subnet) to the KACE SMA to eliminate any network related causes.
4. Try to access the KACE SMA page from another system, preferably with another user account. Clear cache/cookies in the browser and/or try a different browser.
