"DBO - Collection status" alarm fires with "DBO_OS_File_System_IO Failed with the exception: Script failed on timeout" message (4290311)

The alarm "DBO - Collection Status (alarm group: AlertLog)" sometimes fires with the message:

Severity: Warning Message: Oracle - Collection Status. DBO_OS_File_System_IO Failed with the exception: Script failed on timeout 180,000 milliseconds.
Executed script: echo QUEST_OUTPUT_START; export LANG=en_US.UTF-8; iostat -x -d 20 2;.

Temporary issue on the host. Sometimes when following command ran at the OS level on the host, it took more than three minutes to complete

iostat -x -d 20 2;

Increase the Filesystem IO collection timeout from 3 minutes to 5 minutes.

1. Navigate to Administration > Agents > Agent Status, then highlight one or more agents and client the Edit Properties button
2. Select the first link
3. Scroll down to Collection Details and click the Edit Button
4. Edit the timeout value for "Filesystem IO" and “Save Changes”
