Application Launcher element (running a batch file) fails to run for users, but runs fine when run manually.
Causa

The permissions on the folder that the batch file was supposed to be writing to was allowing the user to update it, but not the administrator account that Desktop Authority was using to run it.
Resolución

Modify the folder permissions to give rights to the Desktop Authority Admin account that the Application Launcher object is using to run that element.
