When reviewing the %temp%\Desktop Authority\sltrace.htm it may show a delay at the line "Get the data from the query" after processing WMI. This could indicate and issue communicating with the WMI service.
In order to diagnose that, from the Citrix Server affected open Computer Management (compmgmt.msc)
1. Go to "Services and Applications"
2. Select "WMI Control"
3. Right click "WMI Control"
4. Select "Properties"
If it does not load machine information but instead hangs at "Connecting to Windows Management...", then there is a problem with the WMI service on that machine.
This as an issue with Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) service and not with Desktop Authority (DA). Once the issue with the WMI service is resolved it should no longer cause a delay when processing DA.
