When viewing the Content Analysis reports, mailboxes which had previously been deleted still appear in the report with data
A mailbox that has previously been deleted but has not been purged by Exchange is a disconnected mailbox and is still available to MessageStats. During this time the mailbox will still be visible in the Content Analysis reports and show data for the last time the Content and Attachment gathering ran against the mailbox while it was still connected to a user object.
Once the mailbox has been purged from Exchange after the mailbox retention period expires and a Default gathering runs successfully, the mailbox will no longer appear in the Content Analysis reports.
