Unable to migrate users using SiteMinder login even after adding them to mapping file. The mapping file works fine for regular Active Directory users with login domain\username.
SiteMinder account: i:0ǵ.t|jon.doe@metalogix.com

Causa
The SiteMinder login contains an accented letter: ǵ
After adding the SiteMinder accounts manually to the mapping file CSV, the result after saving is:
i:0?.t|siteminder prod|jon.doe@metalogix.com,i:0#.f|membership|jon.doe@metalogix.com
Plain CSV will replace ǵ for ? , passing the same invalid value to the mls file generated using the script in Best Practices for Generating, Configuring and Importing User Mapping

Resolución
1. Edit the MLS file in %AppData%\Metalogix\Content Matrix Console - SharePoint Edition
2. Replace all the "i:0?.t|" for "i:0ǵ.t|" in the MLS file and use the "Save As" option to change the Encoding to UTF-8
3. Re-run the migration.
