When and Outlook user makes an availability query for a Notes user the following error appears in the logs:
2011-01-09 10:40:46,444 [7964] ERROR NameRepository - GetTargetDominoUsers() 2
System.Exception: Domino Error: Could not open the ID file
at QuestSoftware.CMN.API.FreeBusy.DominoLibrary2.NameRepository.GetTargetDominoUsers(String[] clrUserEmailAddresses, String clrServerName, String clrSmtpDomain, Dictionary`2& results)
The lookup fails to retrieve the Free Busy information.
Another process is locking the Notes.ID file in its defined location or there is an access issue stoping CMN from using the ID file.
1- Move (or copy) the Notes ID file defined in the CMN Free Busy Configuration to another location
2- Reconfigure the Domino Free Busy Connector
