.eml or .msg attachments missing from tickets when using OAuth with Office 365 -

When a user submits a ticket to the helpdesk that has a .eml or .msg attachment, the attachment is saved as a 1 byte file within Kace and has no content when opened in the helpdesk, or is simply missing.
A .eml or .msg attachment is an email attached to the email the user is sending.
