ITSS search error, "Critical Error: [Active Roles] Cannot find repository 'ActiveRoles' on server 'localhost'."
The Active Roles connector "Test Connection" option may also result in error:
"Connection error: Data attendant last error 'Request GET to http://localhost:8087/warehouse/activeroles/repositories returned an error [internalServerError] - Internal Server Error.'"

Causa
The ITSS Warehouse service runs under account which does not have access to locally installed instance of InTrust. This prevents the creation of required ITSS components (such as the ActiveRoles repository object) within the InTrust installation. -
Resolución
1. Configure 'Quest IT Security Search Warehouse' service via services.msc to run under the same service account as the InTrust Server service installed on the ITSS server.
2. Re-start 'Quest IT Security Search Warehouse' to allow creation of the required components.
3. The error displayed within ITSS web site should clear within few minutes.

The RESTAPi log file may also contain error denoting "Access denied" issue to InTrust similar to: ERROR ITSearchRESTApi.Managers.InTrustManager [11.3.0.253] - Can't connect to server 'Server1' System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Error while performing the following action: Enumerating collection. Reason: Access is denied.
