This issue may be caused by a missing certificate.
Go to Start | All Programs | Quest | Desktop Authority Setup Tool.
Under the IIS Management tab in the Security Certificate field choose "Select an existing certificate".
Highlight either the Desktop Authority Selfsigned Certificate for xxxx, or the server name that Desktop Authority is installed on. Click Apply.
