We use PowerBI to access the CA DB in order to monitor NTML and Kerberos issues in the forest. In order to improve the speed of these reports we want to create an additional index in the CA DB.
Custom indexes are not supported or recommended but may be added to the database at the customer's discretion.
Please note that during upgrades, all database indexes are dropped and re-added. Therefore, you may need to recreate the index after each upgrade.
Note: keep the index name simple and without special characters there is a know issue where the upgrade fails due to a hyphen in the name.
