The ability to specify which coordinators should process purge, archive, and scheduled report jobs for improved load balancing is available in 7.0.4 and above.
1. In the Client go to Administration tasks
2. Click on Coordinator on the left hand pane
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Choose coordinators to handle report, purge and archive jobs.
4. By default Allow all Coordinators is selected, change it to Select allowed coordinators and choose the one(s) you wish to do the above tasks.
5. Click on Apply Changes.
