Account used to login to ChangeAuditor client cannot access root domain.
Most commonly seen in environments where ChangeAuditor is installed in a Child Domain and cannot access Root Domain, even though Account is a Domain Admin
Resolution
As detailed in the ChangeAuditor For AD User Guide, Chpt 4 Pg 24 "Custom AD Attribute Auditing"
To use custom attribute auditing, you must be logged in to Change Auditor with an account with Enterprise Admin privileges.
Make sure the account is able to read and access the root domain.
