Coordinator cannot connect to ChangeAuditor database with error, "the execute permission was denied on the object 'np_systempropertyStrGet'" (4230924)

When attempting to update the Coordinator database configuration via the ConfigureDatabase.exe application the connection attempt fails and the following error is found in the ConfigureDatabase.Log.nptlog:

SQL error(229): The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'np_SystemPropertyStrGet', database 'ChangeAuditor', schema 'dbo'"

Ensure the supplied credentials have the following SQL permissions for full operation of Change Auditor:

Public Role

DBCreator Role

DBO permission on the existing ChangeAuditor database 

DBO permission on any existing ChangeAuditor archive databases
