One user goes into an "Unresolved" state. In the Notes status bar the error:
GetCMTUserRecord: error 4602, line 21 - Dom parser operation failed appears
Administrator has followed the technote NM: Migration Status is set to 'Unresolved'. but it did not resolve the issue. The CMTKey field is created and NULL. No back-end SQL record found for this user. What is the resolution?
This specific error is caused by a special character in the last name and/or full name field within the Notes Migrator Person document, 'Notes Information' tab and the 'Exchange display Name' field on the 'Exchange Information' tab.
Remove the special character(s) from all three locations will allow the user to be submitted for migration successfully.
