User Notification Responses do not process an update to the Notes Migrator person documents
We followed the steps in the knowledge base article NM: Problem with User Notification Responses the update emails are being returned to the Notes Migrator database find the InboundProcessing agent is correctly enabled and configured.
This is a setting on the Domino server configuration document. On the Router/SMTP - Restrictions and Controls - Delivery Controls tab the option for Pre-delivery agents should be set to enabled and the Pre-delivery agent timeout should be at minimum 30 seconds.
Discuss with the Domino administrator, and contact Quest support if you any questions or still having an issue.
