We ran the Prepare for a few users and teams, we see they finished with a 100%, but the Status is stuck in Queued rather than Prepared
What is causing this, and how can we resolve?

Provide the P365 Client Name and number, Project Name and number, and the source object UPN value(s) which are affected.
Our Product support team will be able to review, and remediate.
