When using Recovery Manager for Exchange or the Search Exporter to export a large number of items from Archive Manager the following error may be thrown after many hours of exporting:
"An error occurred while processing the object 'Object Name". Details: Server was unable to process request > Search Results have expired; please search again. Please make sure that Archive Full Text Search Service is running. would you like to skip this mailbox and continue?"
Cache time out is clearing the cache or a SQL job is clearing the temp tables
Open SQL Server Management Studio and login to the Instance with ArchiveManager
Expand 'SQL Server Agent' > 'Jobs'
Right click and choose Disable on the 'CleanTempTable' job
Restart the Archive Manager Full Text Search service and run the export again
Remember to re-enable this clean up job once your large exports are complete
