The Exchange Store Manager Service (ESM) stops processing emails in specific mailboxes (4221982)

The Exchange Store Manager Service (ESM) stops processing emails in certain folders in a users Mailbox.

The mailbox scan status for the users mailbox may show this error:

"One or more MAPISVC.INF files could not be updated; aborting profile creation. Please click here to search the knowledgebase for possible causes".

The ESM.log will show this error:
