- Create a new or open an existing encyclopedia
- Select the Tools > ArchiMate > Load Metamodel
- Upon request, re-open the the encyclopedia
- Once the encyclopedia opens, you should see the new ArchiMate framework
- You can also check by going into the explorer pane, right clicking on Diagrams and selecting ‘NEW’ – In the list you should now see the ‘ArchiMate XXX’ diagram types
