Upgrade ArchiMate Plug-In Installation - From V2.2 To V3.0 (4279826)

IMPORTANT: ArchiMate plug-in v3.0 must be installed on at least System Architect v11.4.2.5

To upgrade your Corso Plug-in for Rational System Architect:

• Uninstall the current plug-in version from the environment

• Right click on the setup_ArchiMate_v3-0.exe, select Run As... and then select Administrator.

• Click Next >

• Click “I accept the terms in the license agreement.” and click Next >

• Find the location of the license server for this product.

• Enter it in the form <port number>@<server Name>.

• The port number will usually be 27000. E.g. 27000@UK_LDC-CORSO01

• Hit Next >

• Select All Users (as default)

• Hit Next >

• Select “I will apply the configuration manually to each encyclopedia” (as default)

• Hit Next >

• Hit Install and the installation will begin.

• Hit Finish to complete the installation.

Once the installation has been completed you can re-open system architect and apply the new plug-in metamodel to your choice of encyclopedias
