To retrieve your username(s):
Step 1:
Navigate to https://myerwin.io in your browser
Step 2:
Select the 'forgotten username' button
Step 3:
Enter your email address that you used for your account and press submit
Step 4:
You will receive the following message on the login screen
Step 5:
Login to your email account and check for an email containing your username(s)
