there is no filter for database in the erwin DM version you are using.  The database suggested in the ODBC driver is the default database which is used when creating a new Table in the database where no Schema or Database is specified.  While Reverse Engineering the objects are being brought in as per the privileges of the user logged in.  There is a Table filter available for 2020 R2 version, but not the database filter.  May we suggest you to upgrade to 2021 R1 where Reverse Engineering wizard has been redesigned.  It now first connects to the database, picks up all databases and you can select the ones you need.  It then picks ups the Schema and then the Objects which you can select.
