ER2001: Bad Credentials
User is locked.
While trying to open DI Suite user received error ER2001 User locked,
This is usually an issue when you upgrade to V10.
To fix this we have 2 Scripts that must run against the DI Suite Database back end.
First run this query:
UPDATE APP_PREFERENCES SET PREFERENCE_VALUE = '0' WHERE PREFERENCE_NAME = 'IS_ENCRYPTED_STRINGS_ON_DATABASE_MIGRATED'
Then run the below query to reset the Administrator user to default "Administrator" for user name and password.
UPDATE USERS SET USER_PASSWORD = 'B2hvbDhGKmqGWb+NooC1Dg==' WHERE USER_ID = 'Administrator';
The User should now be able to login as User: Administrator PS: Administrator
