Throttling Issues when collecting against Exchange Public Folder Permissions
Description

Within an Exchange collection, if the throttling threshold has been hit, a user will see the following error on the Tasks view within the Exchange discovery:
“The server cannot service this request right now. Try again later”
Cause

This is an Exchange issue and related to the default Throttling Policies set in Exchange. When Enterprise Reporter collections hit the threshold set, the collection cannot finish successfully. This could be seen more when collecting very large data sets, particularly when including Public Folder permissions.
Resolution

WORKAROUND #1:
Create and run smaller discoveries
WORKAROUND #2:
Update Exchange throttling policy.
Users must run the Get-ThrottlingPolicy command in the Exchange Management Shell as described here - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd297964.aspx

Default settings set PowerShellMaxCmdlets to 1000 (instead of $null) and PowerShellMaxCmdletsTimePeriod is set to 2 instead of $null.

Here is the command that can be ran to test:

Set-ThrottlingPolicy -Identity DefaultThrottlingPolicy_03ba4862-9ced-4e17-be6b-22433be617d7 -PowerShellMaxCmdlets $null -PowerShellMaxCmdletsTimePeriod $null

The Identity name was taken from the results of the Get-ThrottlingPolicy command
