Account that is used to create the database works, but once the database is created the error message is shown, this account only has access to the access explorer database.

Enterprise Reporter Service account doesnt have access to access Explorer Database

Resolution
The Enterprise Reporter service account is used to run Access Explorer (most likely the same account used to install the product) Will also need access to the database.
Normally Enterprise Reporter would expect this to be the account to provision the database as well.
Give the Enterprise Reporter Service Account access to the ER and Access Explorer databases for Access Explorer to function correctly.
